Our Children's Ministry seeks to bring children into age-appropriate worship where they can belong to the family of God, grow in their relationship with Christ, learn to serve, and then go share Christ in the world!

We are dedicated to supplementing the family in their attempt to lay a spiritual foundation in their children's lives.

FUEL Student Ministry is a group of students from 7th-12th grade who seek to follow in the footsteps and examples of Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to live out our faith in a true and genuine way, and to show the love of Christ to others. We want our students to know God in a real way and to live out the best kind of life for Him. Our overall goal is to make and mature true disciples for Jesus Christ.

We meet up every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and on Sundays at 9:30 am. So instead of sitting around at home come check us out, and give us a chance to meet you and make some new friends!

We also have Home Teams for teens as well twice a month on Sunday nights. Home Teams are small groups of teens who meet regularly in homes in a much more relax setting to focus on their relationship with God and one another. A Home Team is a safe and exciting place to build life-long friendships and grow stronger spiritually. A Home Team is a place that you need, and a place that needs you!

You can find us on Facebook under "Fuel Student Ministry" for a list of events or just to check us out!!!

The ministries of Rockett Baptist are designed as opportunities for the Rockett Baptist family to serve other members of the church family as well as the wider community outside the church and even around the world. The various ministries of the church are opportunities to share the love of Christ with others (I John 4:19-21), to live out our faith in practical ways (Matt. 5:13-16; James 1:22), and to personally fulfill the Great Commission as our Lord commanded (Matt. 28:18-20).

The best way to connect with other adults is through our Bible studies, Sunday School or Home Teams. We offer men's and women's Bible studies throughout the year, Sunday School weekly and Home Teams that meet at various times. We also offer Financial Peace University. FPU is a financial planning program that teaches God’s ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, Financial Peace University presents biblical practical steps to get from where you are to where to where you dreamed you could be. This class will help you get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more!

If you're interested in getting involved in a Bible study, Sunday School, Financial Peace University or a Home Team at Rockett Baptist call the church office at 972.576.8954 or email our pastor at

Food Pantry

Located right here at our church is our church's food outreach to our community. Our church has fed people in need, free of charge, without question for just over two years. The 2nd & 4th Wednesday nights of the month from 6:45-7:45p.m. our food pantry is open to the community. Continuing to serve needs in our community demonstrates that our church is "Loving God and Loving People".

We also would like to start helping those out in our neighborhood who need assistance with things around the house. We can assist the disabled and elderly in mowing lawns, cleaning their house, taking them to the store and to doctor appointments, and even with a game of dominoes.

If you would like to help out in any capacity or need assistance of some kind, please email
